To promote her sixth studio album, Positions, released on October 30, 2020, by Republic Records, Ariana Grande has shared a new music video for “34+35.”

In the video, Ari can be seen taking on the role of scientist, as well as the robot they’re trying to bring to life. She has previously called the lyrics to the track “absolutely absurd”, explaining: “We heard the strings that sounded so Disney and orchestral and full and pure, and I was just like: ‘yo, what is the dirtiest possible, most opposing lyric that we could write to this?’”
